               A: I’d like to check in, please.

               B: Certainly Sir, do you have a reservation?


               A: Yes, it’s under Smith.

               B: Do you have your booking confirmation?


               A: I do, here it is.


               B: Okay, thank you. It’ll just be one moment.

               A: No problem.


               B: I see that you’ll be staying with us for 7 nights.

               A: That’s right, I’ll be here for a week.


               B: I just need a credit card for incidentals.


               A: Sure, here’s my credit card.

               B: We hold a $100 deposit for security purposes. It will be refunded after


               your stay.

               A: That’s okay, I understand.


               B: Are you here for business or pleasure?


               A: I’m here for some business and some pleasure. I’ll see some of the

               sights while I’m here.


               B: You should definitely go to the Sydney Opera House while you’re here.

               A: Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll visit the Opera House for sure.


               B: Okay, your room is ready for you. You’ll be in room 218.
