Making A Decision
FOR LIFE
t the start of your sophomore
year, it is time you thought
about what you really want to
JL do upon graduation. This is
not a desicion to be made hastily — it is
one that requires much self-examination
and prayer of what direction the Lord is
leading you. You may change your major.
It might be something in which you have
always had an interest, or it could be in
an area that was introduced to you
during your freshman year.
During your first year you took a wide
variety of general requirements. By your
sophomore year you have had a taste of
everything from English Composition to
Western Civilization. If you were not sure
of the direction you were heading before,
you should be by now. At this point, your
advisor can assist you in narrowing down
the different areas that interest you to a
specific course of action.
etting the proper direction from one’s advisor is
Gimperative for any student but especially for a sophomore
who is finishing up core requirements and beginning specialized
instruction to fulfill the requirements for his or her major. Dr.
Chi-Chang Lo helps Robert Keathley set up his schedule
making sure everything is in order.
