                                                                     new  hope  to  the  team  which  was  never  com­
                                                                     pletely  lost  in  spite  of  the  fact  that  the  next
                                                                     two  matches  were  dropped  to  St.  Pauls  and
                                                                     Poly  Prep.  A  week  later,  the  Trinity  matmen
                                                                     again  arose  and  defeated  Hackley  28-23  in  an
                                                                     exciting match before an enthusiastic home crowd.
                                                                     This  ended  their  season  with  two  wins  and  five
                                                                     losses  and  pulled  Trinity out of  the  Ivy  League
                                                                     cellar.
                                                                       A  large  part  of  the  credit  for  this  year’s  vic­
                                                                     tories should be given  to Coach  Phil  Stein, whose
                                                                     dogged  spirit  and  witty  jokes  managed  to  con­
                                                                     struct  a  foundation  which  proved  to  be  a  great
                      OR  the  last  few  years,  Trinity’s  wrestling   asset.  Captain  Robin  Powell,  with  Ken  Mulvey,
