The JV   Baseball  season went as
               planned,  concluding with  a
      winning record of  I 8  wins and just
          5  losses. The  JV  team's  success
               closely  mirrored that of the
          Varsity's. The Colonels did so  in
      convincing fashion; they  swept the
       Ryle Raiders,  won many games  by
      the  ten-run rule,  and they defeated
          the  Hamilton Badin  team who  is                 Ik the
               one of the  top teams  in the
             Cincinnati  area.  Some of the
         Junior Varsity  players were able                                                  B e lo w :  C h a rlie   M ad er  h its  it
        to contribute on the Varsity  level,                                                to  left  fie ld .
          including Ben Maile and Tommy
              Arnzen.  All  in all,  the Junior
             Varsity  baseball  seaon was a                    R iq h t:  To m m y

      to come for the Covington Catholic                           p itch e s.
