Halloween is always a holiday every student looks forward Halloween
to. The majority of the afternoon is dedicated to displaying
the various costumes assigned to each grade. Traditionally,
the senior class selects themes for each class. This year
the freshmen were “Things Found on a Farm.” Costumes
ranged from a cardboard tractor to a farmhouse. With a
theme of “Things Found at the Circus,” the sophomore
class came fully decked out as candy vendors and clowns.
The junior class had an outrageous theme, ‘Things Found
in a Bathroom.” Costumes varied, from feminine products
to m bber duckies in a bathtub to Q-Tips. Seniors chose
to be “Superheroes and Villains.” Saddam Hussein,
Quailman, the Ninja Turtles, and Scuba Steve lined up in
front of the stage that day. The teachers’ theme was “Famous
Couples.” The most laughable attire included the hotties
from Bayside, Bill Clinton and his women, and the M
&Ms. After all the costumes were displayed, students
enjoyed a delicious assortment of goodies at the back of
the gym, there concluding a fun filled Halloween.
