Pete is one of the nicest guys in the class.
A combination scholar, athlete, dayboy, and
playboy, Pete is noted for his masterful
play on the football field. Tell us again how
you scored those two points, Pete. "Rap”
looks forward to the springtime, however,
to go courting; indeed, his tennis is fair
game for anyone. He is a brilliant conver
sationalist, as any unsuspecting teacher soon
will testify. His comments in history class are
almost unheard of! Pete’s winning smile ^nd
easy-going manner have made him Uncle
Dudley’s favorite lad and have enabled him
to survive the ride to school every morning
in Frank’s car. Pete must like secondary
school more than he admits; for next year
he is going to a public school in England
before he makes the jump to college.
THOMAS LLOYD REED

FORM V: Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Junior Alliance, French Club,
Glee Club.

Tom Reed is one of the many Beetles of
our class. Tom’s strong point has been his
academic achievement. He did well in the
classroom before his year abroad, but really
came into his own in his junior year. It was
then that he learned the fine art of being a
Moses Browner. Tom has been so successful
and has performed in such a "cum laude”
manner that Yale gave him an "A” rating;
nevertheless, Tom courageously went ahead
and applied to Harvard. Despite his slight
build, "T” has survived athletically. He
made the varsity soccer team this year and
even managed to score a goal in the last
game! Since we can't think of anything bad
to say about Tom, we will just wish him
luck next year at Radcliffe.
