Taking advantage of the opportunity to relax on

the way to the detention center are Sharon Hal-

brook, Gaynell Dean, Jerry Morris, and Ron

Burzese. The detention center has become a pop­

ular Christian service program under the direction

of Mr. Johnson. The exposure has helped the

students to appreciate their Christian background

more fully. Sharing the Gospel with lots of love

and concern, they try to satisfy the spiritual needs

of the young people who live at the center and

attempt to fill the void that exists in the lives of the

young people.
