Under his direction, the group introduced many innovations
throughout the year in nearly twenty drills, which included
performances at Parents' Weekend, the Regimental Ball, the
St. Paul Winter Carnival, and numerous local, social, and civic
functions. Right: Squad members exchange guns in the four-
box during a special drill for the S.T.A. Christmas party for
underprivileged children. The sixteen man squad, moderated
by Ffeadmaster William H. Bullock, appeared at elementary
and secondary schools throughout the Twin Cities represent­
ing St. Thomas.
