needs money, the campus work
program provides many
opportunities for students to earn
a little extra spending money and
still contribute to their school bill.
Many students don't have cars;
therefore, an on-campus job is a convenient
alternative to an off-campus job.
Mrs. Reva Munro is the head of the campus work
program and said that the college employs about 165
students. Without these student workers, the college
could not run as efficiently and smoothly as it does.
A variety of jobs are available to the students. The
student ushers provide order in chapel and special
programs while the student hostesses greet the
visitors and take attendance. The maintenance crew
keeps the campus in good repair and working well
while the ground crew keeps the campus grounds Mowing the grass is only one of the many
