alston/Gross Swim and Dive had another great season this year. Individual
swimmers and divers came together as a team and had faith in one another. The team
members support and challenge each other every day. Sophomore Louis Gilmore says,
“The best part about going to a meet is getting to stand at the end of the lane with a
bunch of your teammates and cheer another teammate on during a race.”
Teammates from Ralston and Gross believe in one another and truly strive to be
better. Junior Dane LaVicky says, “Overall as a team, I believe we will all do very good.”
They truly love coming together to support one another each and every time. Sophomore
