Royal comments from the queen

■Jenny Gutchewsky on Criss Cross:
Gutchewsky: "Oh, my god. Well, I was shocked at first
’cause I thought, 'cause I'm close friends with Amy Vig
and Anne and I thought for sure one of them would have
gotten it. I didn't think I was going to get it. So right when
they said my name, I was really surprised and stunned.
Really it all happened fast. I was like, wow. So she just
crowned me and then we were told we had to go out and
get pictures taken. I was just stunned, at first.. . Truth­
fully, it was the best dance I had ever been to; I mean not
just 'cause I was on royalty and got queen; I had a lot of
fun. I was hoping my boyfriend would be king, but I was
glad Mitch was. I enjoyed dancing with Mitch during the
royalty dance . .. All my friends were real excited that I
won; a lot of people came up and hugged me saying, 'Oh,
congratulations.' "
