r. Grubbs was bom in
Ohio, and his wife in Texas. He
served in the navy before attend
ing Bob Jones University and
completed his doctorate work in
history at the University of
Florida. Mrs. Grubbs earned her
graduate degree in English from
the University of South Dakota.
rs. Grubbs has served
as Dean of Women for fourteen
years, and her love for her “girls”
is evident. Whenever possible,
she enjoys spending time with
them. She also has a catering
business, and she is known for
her beautiful wedding cakes.
S n 1974, here with their two
children, the couple was minister
ing at PCC. Today their family in
cludes daughter Jacquelyn, son-
in-law Alan, and grandsons
(Garett, age 11, Rand, age 8, and
Blake, age 7) of Pensacola, FL;
son David, daughter-in-law Angie,
and granddaughters (Erin, age 6,
and Jessica, age 4) of
Bradenton, FL.
