Clark was the only boarder who was in
on all the fun and never got caught. Is that
why you take out Mr. Whittier’s daughter,
Clark? Hoo-ha’s outstanding ability in math
enables him to tutor all the boarders on
Doc’s corridor in complex fractions and
word problems. Clark’s personality is exem
plified by his membership on the House
Council and Judicial Board. His favorite
class was English until, in an effort to stifle
intellectual curiosity, A.W.S. removed him
from the thinking man’s table. A capable cap
tain of the Soccer team (although he is not
going to Penn), Clark was a great leader of
calisthenics. Clark will certainly be disap
pointed to leave the M.B. boarding depart
ment and Mr. Ferguson’s physics class . . .
Ha-ha (or maybe Hoo-ha).

Dave is one of the silent giants of Moses
Brown. He has made himself felt as one of
the roughest fellows playing guard on the
football team. Heeb also runs a hot 220 in
track. Dave is the most nautical member
of our class. He works every summer haul
ing films to Block Island for the Doc’s
theatre. Heeb is one of the charter mem
bers of the Jolly Poet’s Club (that’s no
folly!). W e hope that whether on the bridge
of the S. S. America or in the uniform of a
U. S. Marine Heeb will never forget his
famous greeting: "Jolly, Jolly, 'tis no folly!”
