Sophomores Remain Victorious
ophomores do it better,”
stated Susan Stone, "and (h ,
we showed this with our jZm
winning Homecoming banner.”
Several hard weeks were spent
working on the first-place banner.
Coach Bill Munsey proved to be an
excellent hero and unexpectedly
came out to support the tenth grade.
As he waved to the fans, Coach
Munsey enhanced the sophomores’
victory, as the likeness of him
^ l
encouraged a Panther football player
to chop down the LaSalle Royal
Palms. "Working on all those week
ends really wasn’t all that bad, now
that we’ve won,” stated Steven
Schuller. Support from the soph
omore class complemented the
outstanding banner. Constructed
from a number of materials, the
creation proved to be a challenge to
the industrious tenth-graders. After
the victory, many of the sophomores
celebrated the Homecoming Dance.
Displaying their Homecoming hero, Coach Bill
Munsey, the Sophomore Class’s Banner
captured first place.
