this season, one of those wins against rival school Gross, it is a
significant improvement over last year’s disappointing ending. A few key|
players stepped up to fill the void, including Jacob Quint, Johnny Fletcher
and quarterback Josh Krzemien. Quint set a Ram record against
Auburn by scoring 4 touchdowns in a single game, and is also Varsity’s
starting kicker.
Another key player was Johnny Fletcher. Off the field, he can joke
around and have fun, but when game time rolls around he gives it his all
To his teammates, he is a leader by example. “Johnny Fletcher probably |
has the most heart of anyone I have ever met,” Krzemien stated. Along
with the rest of the team, he shares a tough mental attitude that has
pulled the Rams through tough spots all season. Credit is also due to
the line for improved blocking, and the JV team finished with a solid
season under their belt.
