lUsually a casual dance right after the football game, homecoming has been changed to a formal dance
the day after the football game. A great win against Norris put Ralston in a great mood, ready to boo-
Igie down at homecoming. This year’s Homecoming theme was “Saturday Night Brights Dress to Im-
>ress” . Everybody walked in the school, impressing thier peers as they walked by. Students attended
the Corination, which was held before the dance this year, and waited for the announcement anxiously.
le Homecoming court this year was Isamu Tsubaki, Daniel Hancock, Nicholas McGrath, Libby
iDuong, Jessica Eischeid, Tayler Snyder, Taysha Colgrove, and Ana Francisco. The Results, after tallying
lup the votes, were Libby Duong for Homecoming Queen and Dan Hancock for Homecoming King.
Tien asked what was going through thier minds when the results were announced, Libby responded
nth “I was kind of in shock at first. But then I immediately felt a lot of excitement. I felt happy and
lonored to win. It was like a cherry on top of my senior year homecoming.” Dan responded with “my
|mind was all over, it was indeed crazy! “ Pictures were taken, congratulations given, and shortly after
the cafeteria was full of dancing students, it was soon emptied but it was fun while it lasted.
