This years girls golf team was built mostly out of Mercy High School girls, but
there were four of our very own Ralston girls - Hannah Han a senior, Maddie Krieser,
a junior, and Kim McMahon, a sophomore on the varsity squad but a freshman

who played jv. When asked about this years golf team, Coach Gaston replied
“The girls competed really well this season, they worked hard and had a lot of fun
I thought”. The girls played in some tough matches over the course of this season.

They came in second in RCC’s which was a very good step to improving. Mad­
die Krieser made all conference as well as Elle Rashid who also missed state by a
stroke. The team as a hole missed state by seven strokes. They were very close this
year. When asked what the best part of the season was Maddie Krieser said “It

had to be the van rides to and from the competitions they were always fun”.
