The AA Review, sponsored by
ITS and French Club, was held
April 1-2. Faculty in charge were
Jan Knowles, Jack Parkhurst, and
John Morrissey.
Featured bands were More
Bauer to Ya singing ” l Fove Rock
'n' Roll,” Sapphire singing two Pat
Benatar hits, Everclear singing
"Turn Me Foose," and Waylon and
Willie.
Other acts included a
barbershop quartet, the cast from
Robber Bridegroom, Wes Rogers
as Rodney Dangerfield, Old
McDonald Had a Farm, and many
more.
After these acts practiced on r
their own they had to be approved
by Ms. Knowles. After the acts
were decided, there were two r .
dress rehearsals. M—
Because of the interest in the
"Romp 'n' Stomp" idea, which was
to dress up like football players
and act out a song, the number of
participants doubled. "The idea
came from Dan Hayes and an ITS
convention in Fincoln. Junior Barb
Polsley, sophomore Jill Vinjamuri,
junior Kristi Radicia, and I started
it, and everyone else wanted to do
it, too," explained junior Patty
Chaddock. Senior Brad Johnson
was added as the ballerina. The
girls borrowed the jersies from the
football players and coach Osborne
lent them pants. The skit was
performed to "Romp 'n' Stomp"
from The Best Little Whore House
in Texas.
After going to the review the
first night, many of the students
returned the second night for
more high-quality humor and fun.
Have a seat. Barbershopping seniors Al Wag-
staff, M ike W ozny, Brad Johnson, and Alen
lenn tell their story of shaving cream while
giving Wagstaff a shave.
All that jazz. Freshmen Beth Selinger and Debbie
Steen did a jazz routine to an old 50's tune.
