In the second form Bruce "South County” Timperley
joined our ranks. At school the bashful beau came
out of the hay stack and met a beautiful Swede. Now
he pitches a different sort of hay. School has held one
great influence over Bruce, he has switched from
corn silk.

It was autumn in 1951 when Andy Tothy came
from the deep, dark depths of the Iron Curtain, and
the aroma of Hungarian salami first drifted down
the second form corridor. Andy Tothy had arrived.
For the next three years this familiar odor could be
found coming from Andy’s boudoir. This year, aided
with a magnificent victrola, Andy adds music instead
of nourishment to Senior Corridor.
