บทคัดย่อ

เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลต่าง ๆ เป็นเหตุของ Digital disruption ต่อการทหารและป้องกันประเทศ
จากการรวบรวมข้อมูล ศึกษา และวิเคราะห์เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลซึ่งหน่วยงานทางการทหารและการป้องกันประเทศ

มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ความพร้อมของการทำ Digital transformation ความต้องการเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในอนาคต

ผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแผน Digital transformation ของการทหารและป้องกันประเทศในระยะเวลา 5 ปี

พ.ศ. 2566 – 2570 ด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลพื้นฐาน 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ 1) Cloud computing

2) Big data 3) AI 4) IoT และ 5) Blockchain และ 6) กลุ่มดาวเทียมวงโคจรใกล้พื้นโลก (LEO Satellites)

ตลอดจนถึงการเชื่อมโยงทั้งหมดเข้ากับโครงสร้างสื่อสารโทรคมนาคมดิจิทัลของทั้งประเทศ

Abstract

Digital technologies are causing digital disruption to the military affair and national

defense. By collecting information, studying, and analyzing the digital technologies that the
military affair and national defense agencies possesses at presence, the readiness to develop

digital transformation, and the need of digital technologies in the near future. We propose a

digital transformation strategy for military affairs and national defense in the next five years

period (2023 - 2027) by considering six main digital technologies, which are cloud computing,

big data, AI, IoT, blockchain, and a constellation of low-earth orbit satellites (LEO satellites), as

well as connecting those focused technologies to digital telecommunication infrastructures of
the whole country.
