If you haven’t been on campus recently, things may look a bit diff erent than you remember.
Over the summer we invested $900,000 to ensure the campus continues to be effi cient, safe
and beautiful for our Aquinas community. Here’s a rundown of our changes – big and small!

✔ Renovated school cafeteria and kitchen: After . . .
• Gutted kitchen and created a modernized cooking/ Before. . .
food preparation space
• Installed new equipment, ventilation, cooler and freezer
• Purchased new tables and chairs
• Installed new LED lighting and ceiling treatments
• Added wall fi nishes and new photography to window arches
• Installed new serving line
✔ Replaced the HVAC heating and cooling system in
the Wegman Napier Science Center
✔ Converted our highest electrically lit areas to LED technology
✔ Purchased new classroom desks
✔ Installed a lobby ramp for delivery access to cafeteria
✔ Sealed and striped the parking lot
✔ Stripped, repainted and sealed the main Wegman Napier Gym fl oor
✔ Enhanced curb appeal

Aquinas would like to extend a huge ‘thank you’ to the Philip R. Wegman, Esq. ‘61 and Ann K. Wegman Family,
including sons Philip P. Wegman ‘93, Andrew L. Wegman ‘94, E. Jay Wegman ‘96, and Timothy S. Wegman ’01
– whose generous donation made the kitchen/cafeteria renovation possible. We’d also like to thank the amazing
facilities team who got the work done!

National Honor Society Inducts 37 Students

Aquinas’ chapter of the National Honor Society welcomed 37 new members to its ranks at an induction ceremony held on
November 29, 2017. We applaud these students for their commitment to scholarship, service, character, and leadership.
