        E.   Using the CloudCuddle pump                                     •   Does the CloudCuddle slowly deflate? First check if the valve is properly shut. Both the   Notes
                                                                                valve ring (rear serrated ring) and the cap should not leak any air.
         1.   The top of the handle shows two markings (INFLATE / DEFLATE) (see photo 36). Use
             INFLATE when installing the CloudCuddle.                       •   Is a tube not inflating or deflating when pumping? First check if the tube clips (where
                                                                                the inflatable tubes cross) are open.
         2.   The square attachment (view photo 36) fits the rear valve cap of the CloudCuddle.
             First attach this on to the CloudCuddle (view photo 37) and then attach the other end   •   Did the mesh get in the zipper? Slowly slide the zipper up and carefully remove the

                                                                            •   Did anything break/get damaged? Contact CloudCuddle B.V. to determine the best
                                                                                course of action.

                                                                            •   Is there a run in the mesh? You can still use the CloudCuddle, but we recommend you
                                                                                try to fix it. Please contact us so we can help.

                                                                            •   Do the legs of the CloudCuddle kink when your child is lying against the mesh? Then
                                                                                the CloudCuddle is not well inflated. Check the pressure. We recommend a pressure of
                                                                                0.45 bar. You achieve this by using the CloudCuddle pump and continue pumping until
