What a surprise my daughters got in the mail! Instead of my usual text
message or e-mail with emoticons, I sent them my latest news and reports

Sight Ball – See the Ball, Be the Ball sightball.com

This unique training aide ran across our desk recently and I immediately
had to take it to the course for a test drive. The brainchild of avid golfer
and young entrepreneur Harry Briggs, the Sight Ball was developed after
he noticed that no training devices on the golf course he worked at were
actual golf balls. The Sight Ball can be used on a golf course whereas most
golf training aides cannot. Six targets are symmetrically placed throughout
each Sight Ball. Briggs thought that these targets or sights draw your
focus much more to your alignment and stance. Briggs said that Sight
Ball can be used to help with tee shots as well as a player’s short game
and putting. And I agree. I was able to use the Sight Ball during a casual
9-hole practice round and found myself focusing more on the ball and
positioning than I ever had. That gap in my play has always been one of my game’s chink in the armor. I
