To further establish Do it Best as the first and best choice for our members, our entire Sales team convened at our Fort
Wayne office for their National Sales Meeting. The focus of this meeting was an announcement about enhancements to the structure
of the field team and a refinement of their service to members for future growth.
Going forward, member-owners will have a single point of contact from our field team. “No longer will members have several
people calling on them about different aspects of their store,” said VP of Sales Nick Talarico. “Instead, they will have a Territory Sales
Manager who meets with them to focus on key initiatives such as product and program opportunities.”
Now, many service-oriented tasks will be handled by our Sales
                                     above & beyond
Support team. “We’re not walking away from the services we’ve proud parents whats happening family news access
always provided for our members. We’re shifting those customer
service tasks to someone else at Do it Best,” notes Nick. “We want
our territory sales managers focused solely on bringing members
the products, programs and services that offer the greatest value
        for their growth.”
The direction for these enhancements was made based on the
results of an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of
the Sales team. “We received feedback from a number of members
who voiced a need for value driven interactions with our team and career opportunities
