1 Oral exams require careful listening and direct responding with concise or specific answers to the
                  questions asked.

2 Your oral exam begins the moment you walk in the door. Walk towards the examiner with a
                  smile and confidence.
3 You may greet the examiners with a “Good morning/Good afternoon!” Most probably the
examiners will greet you first and you must reciprocate.

UNIT E.g. Examiner : Good morning!
          11 Answer : Good morning, Sir/Madam.

4 Although the test is on speaking, it requires good listening and intelligent talking. Make sure to
listen, pay attention and stay focused throughout the entire test.
5 Listen attentively to questions and follow instructions given. If a question is unclear, ask your
teacher for clarification with “I beg your pardon, Sir/Madam”. If you don’t know the answer,
                  say so.
