Greetings from the Rocky Mountains! We just had our Spring Leadership
meeting in Ft. Morgan and what a party we had! It was St. Patrick’s Day
and we took it to the hilt! The Garrison National Park Rangers joined us again for fun and games.
Teams had to take a blank US map and place all the National Parks in the states in which they
reside. What a hoot! We certainly learned a lot with that exercise. There are three states that
each have eight National Parks. Do you know which ones? Some of the parks we were not
familiar with but we sure know where they are now!

Another game had players draw a picture and then pass it to their
neighbor and that person had to write down what they the picture
was and then pass it to their neighbor and that person had to draw
a picture that reflected what the last person wrote down. By the
end of the game the original thought was long gone!

March had Gamma Chi holding their annual Bunco Party for one
of their charities and this year the funds went to support the housing
for homeless veterans in the Loveland area. There were ten units
built just for them to keep them safely off the street and they are
given gift cards to purchase food and other items.

Alpha Lambda held their annual Chili Supper in March and this is a chapter that does a lot with
a little. These three ladies make a great chili and
had some prizes but the best were the
scrumptious cinnamon rolls! Proceeds go to local
        charities.

April brings the beginning of Founders Day
Celebrations when we remember the women
who said “the only right I have is the right to be of
        service.”

In May we will be “Cruisin with ESA” in Vail
Colorado at our State Convention. This is the time
we honor our ESA sisters for all their hard work
        during the year.

As we “Embrace the Journey” this year we continue to work on new ways to share the wonder
and fulfillment of belonging to ESA. The memories we create, and the fun we have doing it as
well as the relationships we form for life.
