Don’t forget to make your room reservation for IC Convention! If you go to the
website, https://www.epsilonsigmaalpha.org/Homepage

and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Then, under
Events, click 2018 IC Convention.

Under the IC Convention logo, you’ll find the name
and address for the hotel as well as room rates. If you
scroll down just a bit more there’s a link entitled, CLICK
FOR HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION. You can
make your room reservations right there! How nifty is
that? Be sure to read the fine print about the room rate
(your rate will be discounted!). The rates are good for
the following dates: July 14-23, 2018. If you would like

Information is provided on the Sheraton Grand Hotel’s
main website regarding parking and how to get to the
hotel from the airport. The Hotel has a self-parring
garage for $9/day or valet service for $32/day. There
is not an airport shuttle, but you can use Super Shuttle
for $13 each way or use Uber or Lyft (Uber and Lyft are
allowed to work out of the Sky Harbor Airport). For
those who want to RV, the Scottsdale RV Ranch is a
short 35 minutes away. Their phone number is 480-945-
7491.

And, one more thing, don’t forget to send in your IC
Convention Registration (on page 30). You don’t want
to miss the postmarked May 1, 2018 deadline or the
price goes up! So, I’ll suggest putting April 1 on your
calendar, then you’ll have a whole month to get that
form mailed if you hadn’t already done so! You won’t
want to miss this Convention; it’s going to be a blast!!!
