wishing to receive recognition for 25 years of service or more at International
Convention must complete the 2018 IC Convention Years of Service Ceremony form (on page
31) and return it to me, either by mail or email, by June 15, 2018. Please do not send your pin or
bring it with you. Please distribute this form to anyone who might be attending convention. See

may have Sprung in your part of the
country. I am also hoping that you will
remember to send me your IC Chapter,
State, and Regional dues (Form on page 27). Remember, the fiscal year for ESA is August 1
st
through July 31 . IC dues for chapters and subordinates (that is, all subsidiaries of a state, such as
st
a district, a council, a zone, or an auxiliary) are $40/year. State Councils and Multi-State Councils
are $45/year. A BIG thank you to all who have sent them! For those who haven’t please take a
minute to write the check and send them along!
