                               Rocky Mountain Regional Council held
their annual meeting in Utah. The
facility was beautiful and very unique. It Aren’t we great helpers?
                               was originally three homes built
together with some common areas. The owner was happy to
show us around the entire complex that they are slowly
                                                refurbishing.

                                                Don’t let this picture
                                                fool you. These were
                                                just for atmosphere as
                                                we were out in the
                                                middle of nowhere.

                                                The accommodations
were very comfortable and everyone who attended had a Helping make the fleece quilts.
great time. The Utah members outdid themselves with the This was a great project and we all
food that they served! Way to go girls!! had a good time helping with it.

Roundup is a time of catching up with members that we
don’t get to see very often and is very laid back and relaxing.
Games of some kind are usually played after dinner on Friday
night. And then a business meeting is held Saturday morning.
The Utah members brought fleece to be made into blankets
for our veterans. Everyone had a great time helping them
with this project on Saturday afternoon.

After dinner on Saturday night, two short workshops were
given that were rather challenging and enlightening!!

Sunday morning was a time of saying goodbye and
        everyone headed safely home.

We encourage anyone to attend our Roundup. It is a great
time of fun and relaxation and “getting away from it all”. We
would love to see you there.

Next year’s roundup will be hosted by Wyoming and held in
between Cody and Thermopolis. It would be a great time to Showing off our hard work!
plan a trip to the museum in Cody. Hosting is done by states
on an alphabetical rotation. Colorado will be hosting after
        Wyoming.
