6 SESSION PLAN OVERVIEW

            1.  Programme starts in the mid-season break to address the individual and unit skills in the first half of the season.

            2.  It is to prepare the team for the second half of the season which resumes mid-January 2017.
            3.  Age range of the athletes (16-19 years old).

            4.  Core of the squad has been together for 12 months with key players having played together for as many as 7 years.

            5.  Players and units have been assessed based on games in the first half of the season and corrective skills are to be used to improve techniques for individuals and unit.
