                                    18. Select DeptDescription for the sort order in the next window. Click Next.

                                    19. Double-click on the right edge of the column heading to automatically adjust the
width of the column. Click Next.

                                    20. Click on Store that value in this field. Select DeptNo from the pull-down
menu. This stores the data in the DeptNo field. Click Next.

                                    21. Enter Department as the label for the Combo Box. Click Finish.
                                    22. Drag JobTitle and EmployeeStartDate into the Employee Job Information rec-
tangle. Align the labels for JobTitle and EmployeeStartDate below the DeptNo label.
Delete the colon from the labels and stretch the Text Boxes out to accommodate the data.
                                    23. Drag the EmployeeSSNo, MaritalStatus, and PayStatus fields from the Field List
into the Employee Payroll Information rectangle. Align the label and Text Box for
MaritalStatus below the EmployeeSSNo label and Text Box. Since the MaritalStatus field
only contains one character, you can shrink the size of the Text Box. Drag the PayStatus label
and Text Box next to the MaritalStatus field. Again, since the PayStatus field only contains
one character, you can also shrink the size of this Text Box. Delete the colon from the labels.
                                    24. Drag the AllowanceNo and HPayRate and SPayRate from the Field List into the
Employee Payroll Information rectangle. Align the label and Text Box for AllowanceNo
below the MaritalStatus label and Text Box. Align the label and Text Box for HPayRate
below the PayStatus label and Text Box. Then align the label and the Text Box for
SPayRate below the HPayRate label and Text Box. Delete the colon from the labels.

                                    25. The TaxBracket field represents another area where we can make good use of
the Combo Box. Take a moment and open the Withholding Table. Note that the primary
key in this table is TaxBracket. Therefore, it is a foreign key in the Employee Table Uust
as the DeptNo was). We want to be able to determine the appropriate tax bracket for the
employee, based upon his or her marital status and pay rate. We can do this by referring to
the Withholding Table. This table follows the 2005 IRS Tables for Percentage Method of
