the Silk Road

The year is 1037, a journey began and ended. A Journey
on the Silk Road.

A group of merchants travelling in a small caravan began
their journey at the city gate of Beijing. “Alright, if everyone is
ready, we can leave now,” said a large man with a booming voice.
This person is Ali, a guide for merchants and camel salesman from
Arabia. The group of merchants consisted of Ali, the guide,
Zhēngqì, a young merchant from China and Milan and Maya, a
merchant couple from the himalayas travelling around Asia. All of
them cheerfully left the gate of Beijing and started their journey.
“Where shall we restock our supplies?” asked Ali, sitting on top of
a trotting camel. “I would like to resupply at Anxi, a region at the
western end of the Great Wall of China,” replied Zhēngqì instantly

“The Oolong Tea there is one of the best and we could also buy
