EXHAUST ELBOW/RISER KITS (8.1L & 8.2L, NON- EXHAUST ELBOW/RISER KIT - 8 IN.(203 MM)

Raises the height of the engines exhaust system to prevent water from
entering the engine through the exhaust system. Maximum height of 8
in.(203 mm) available. For use on MCM/MIE 8.1L & 8.2L
Non‑Emissions Control engines only.

EXHAUST ELBOW KIT - 2 IN.(51 MM)

If the engine has a standard rise elbow already on engine and needs another 8 in.
(203 mm) rise, order this kit. The standard rise elbow is removed and replaced with
a 2 in.(51 mm) rise elbow and a 6 in.(152 mm) riser kit which are included in this
kit.
Fits MCM/MIE 8.1L & 8.2L non‑EC engines
EXHAUST "Y" PIPE KIT

This elbow is 2 in.(51 mm) higher than the standard elbow. This replaces what was
MERCRUISER the 3 in.(76 mm) riser kit used on previous big block engines.

RISER KIT - 6 IN.(152 MM)

Used to convert MCM 8.1L & 8.2L engines with thru transom exhaust to thru prop
exhaust.
Also requires the use of intermediate elbow kit in conjunction with this "Y" Pipe Kit.
For 8.1L & 8.2L non‑Emissions Control engines, use 44267A02 or A03. For 8.1L
Emissions Control engines, use 44267A04, A05, A06, A07 or A08. For 8.2L
Emissions Control engines with three catalyst exhaust manifolds, use 879288A12,
A13, A14, A15 or A16.
Fits all MCM 8.1L & 8.2L sterndrive engines, except 2012 & newer 8.2L EC
98-8M0124068 engines with single catalyst exhaust manifolds.
This riser will raise the elbow an additional 6 in.(152 mm). If the engine has a 2 in.
(51 mm) elbow already on engine, but only needs an additional 4 in.(102 mm) rise, INTERMEDIATE ELBOW KIT
this kit will not work. Order 862354A 1 Exh. Elbow/Riser kit instead.

Used in conjunction with Exhaust "Y" Pipe kit 8M0117125 to convert engine to thru
prop exhaust.
Fits MCM 8.1L & 8.2L non‑EC sterndrive engines with exhaust risers 2 in. (51 mm)
862354A04 to 8 in. (203 mm) high.
Order this kit if the engine has a 2 in.(51 mm) elbow already installed on it, but only
