                  Bst DNA Polymerase


                  DNA Polymerase for Isothermal Ampli cation






                  BioFACT™ Bst DNA Polymerase is a recombinant protein lacking the 5'→3' exo-nuclease activity of Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA
                  Polymerase. The optimum conditions for the product are 65℃, 30 to 60 minutes, and it can be applied to Loop-Mediated isothermal
                  ampli cation (LAMP) PCR with isothermal ampli cation technology.

                     • Synthesis primer : gene speci c primer     • Lacking 5´→3´ exonuclease activity
                     • Suitable for applications requiring thermophilic strand displacement  • 5' →  3' exonuclease activity : No
                     • Optimization activity at 65℃               • 3' →  5' exonuclease activity ( delity) : No
                     • Relative activity 80~90% at 60℃, 65~75% at 55℃, 15~20% at 50℃
