BioFACT™ dNTP and dNTP Set is manufactured through the enzyme synthesis process. Which helps higher PCR ampli cation e -
ciency compared to products manufactured by organic synthesis. In case of BioFACT™ dNTP Mix, it contains aqueous solution of
dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a nal concentration of 25 mM. The Mix o ers the possibility to reduce the number of pipetting
steps and the risk of reaction set up errors.
