Know-how for Preparation

1. It is recommended to refer to the following method to prevent the cap of tube from being broken during elution step
(In case of extraction using column typed kits).

* Please cross the caps of 1.5㎖ tubes when placing them into the centrifuge.

2. Please use the optimal amount of fresh sample for the extraction.
3. Make washing bu er fresh before starting the experiment.
4. It is recommended to grind the sample at low temperature to minimize damages to the sample.
