E cient Protection of RNA from Ribonuclease
BioFACT™ RNase Inhibitor is a 91 KDa recombinant protein derived from Rattus norvegicus. It inhibits RNase activity through a 1:1
non-covalent binding with RNase A, B and C, and does not a ect the activity of RNase H, T1, S1 nuclease, SP6 RNA polymerase, T7 RNA
polymerase, T3 RNA polymerase, AMV reverse transcriptase, M-MLV Reverse transcriptase, and Taq DNA polymerase.
BioFACT™ RNase Inhibitor is useful for protecting RNA from ribonuclease during cDNA synthesis, one-step RT-PCR, RNA synthesis, and
RNA preparation experiments.
