HiGene™ Gel & PCR Puri cation System is a spin column typed kit which has dual functions of gel extraction and PCR Puri cation. It
provides the high puri cation system of high yield DNA from 100 bp to 14 kb, and it has an advantage of selective puri cation system
of the two conditions (high yield and primer-dimer removal) according to the application needs. HiGene™ Gel & PCR Puri cation
System is suitable to obtain high quality DNA fragments through high salt bu er and glass micro ber membrane.
