LyoFACT™ RT Pre-Mix is based on recombinant type of M-MLV reverse transcriptase(RNase H ) expressed in E. coli which has greater

rst-strand cDNA yields than existing wild type of reverse transcriptase due to inhibition of RNA's secondary structure by its thermo-
stable characteristic at 50℃ for activation. LyoFACT™ RT Pre-Mix is a lyophilized type designed to increase storage stability and it is
supplied as a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated Pre-Mix which includes an optimized mixture of all the reagents such as RTase, RNase
inhibitor, DTT and dNTPs in a 0.2 ㎖ 8-strip tube. In addition, Oligo dT (dT18) or Random Oligo (dN9) are included on the kit and it
can be used by adding template RNA & RNase free water only. It o ers higher sensitivity as it can increase the amount of template
than solution-typed PCR Pre-Mix.
