LyoFACT™ OneStep RT-PCR Pre-Mix is a lyophilized type designed to perform one-step RT-qPCR in a single tube with convenience
and high e ciency. It is suitable for quantitative DNA analysis in real-time based on labeled probes (sequence speci c probe meth-
ods) and it is available with various Real-Time PCR cyclers. LyoFACT™ OneStep qRT-PCR Pre-Mix o ers higher sensitivity as it can
increase the amount of template than solution-typed PCR Pre-Mix.
