single tube at one step. Included BioFACT™ RTase and BioFACT™ H-Star Taq DNA Polymerase is blended in one mixture with best
optimized rate to simplify reaction step and reducing the possibility of contamination. LyoFACT™ OneStep RT-PCR Pre-Mix has great
rst-strand cDNA yields by its thermostable characteristic at 50℃ for activation of BioFACT™ RTase and it allows robust, high speci c
ampli cation by BioFACT™ H-Star Taq DNA Polymerase included in the mixture. LyoFACT™ OneStep RT-PCR Pre-Mix o ers higher
sensitivity as it can increase the amount of template than solution-typed PCR Pre-Mix.
