BioFACT™ Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase contains a blend of Taq DNA Polymerase and Pfu DNA polymerase which exhibits a 3' → 5'
exonuclease activity (proofreading). It is highly suitable for PCR ampli cation of long DNA fragments from 5 to 20 kb and it exhibits
low error rate due to its proofreading activity (week). BioFACT™ Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase provides increased and higher yields than
that which can be achieved with Taq DNA polymerase through its superior ampli cation e ciency and it generates PCR products with
A-tailing, used for TA cloning.
