BioFACT™ A-Star Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase is a blended enzyme of Taq DNA polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase processing proofread-
ing capability. It o ers the speci city and sensitivity of Hot Start polymerase through anti-Taq monoclonal antibody that inactivates the
enzyme until the rst denaturation step, avoiding extension of non-speci c annealed primers or primer-dimers.
BioFACT™ A-Star Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase is highly suitable for e cient ampli cation of di cult templates caused by high GC content
or complex structure and it is especially ideal for accurately amplifying long fragments with high yields and speci city.
