Uses of Modelling and Simulation:

Modelling and simulations are used in many different areas. Here are some examples:

Designing and Testing:
Most designers like to use the computer to design
and test their products such as vehicles, machinery,
buildings and bridges.

Skill Development:
Trainee pilots use simulations to practice and
develop their skills in flying an aircraft and landing
safely.

Entertainment:
Computer games which involve skiing, bike or car
racing also use simulator programs.

Education:
Educational simulations are used by teachers and
students to learn about different processes and
topics in detail.
