1: PARTNERS FOR POSSIBILITY - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Nimble has embraced ‘Partners for Possibility’ (PfP) as a Corporate Social Investment project. The NPO
creates partnerships between corporate executives (and their businesses) and the Principals of under-
privileged schools. The over-arching intention is to develop leadership capacity in schools. This, in turn will
improve and advance the education system in South Africa. Behind this objective is the fundamental belief that
an organisation cannot be successful if it doesn’t have a strong leader.
Partners for Possibility has in excess of 1000 partnerships in place across the country and is touching the
educational experience of more than 500 000 learners.
Nimble’s involvement has grown to the point where we are currently engaging with three schools: St Agnes
Primary School in Woodstock, Ottery Rd Methodist Primary School in Ottery and Alpha School for Learners
with Autism in Cape Town.
In addition to our direct involvement at these schools, Nimble has made workspace available at our Brickfield
Call Centre for three Partners for Possibility representatives to operate from.
