             Key development and training initiatives include:



                  New starter training


                 An  initial  two  week  period  of  training  takes  new
                 recruits through all the basic requirements to equip
                 them for a successful career with Nimble.

                 The training is a mix of educating employees about
                 applicable  regulations,  processes  and  protocols,
                 while growing their soft-skills capabilities.

                 After  initial  induction  training,  our  employees  go
                 through  a  period  of  structured  on-the-job  training
                 for the next 80 days.  During this time, employees
                 apply their skills in a live environment while being
                 coached closely by their managers.

                 This  enables  them  to  hone  their  skills  in  a
                 supportive  environment  and  focus  on  growth  and
                 development.







                                                                   Specific targeted development and
                                                                   training


                                                                   Nimble  developed  a  series  of  multimedia
                                                                   training  materials  that  deal  with  coaching
                                                                   aspects of personal development.

                                                                   The material was developed in conjunction with
                                                                   an  accredited  consciousness  coach  and  the
                                                                   training is focussed on the participants, rather
                                                                   than  the  business  itself  –  with  the  aim  of
                                                                   improving  employee  self-awareness  and  the
                                                                   ability  to  cope  and  thrive  in  the  demanding
                                                                   modern day workplace.

                                                                   Additional  training  is  also  provided  to  address
                                                                   specific  matters  including  product  knowledge,
                                                                   system  updates  and  changes,  and  other
                                                                   industry related topics as required.
