COMPETITIVE AND FAIR REMUNERATION
To continue to attract, motivate and retain quality people, Nimble regularly reviews and adjusts its
remuneration offering. Remuneration packages include multiple components to address our people’s needs
and desires.
Competitive salaries
We regularly benchmark to industry levels.
We strive to reward people appropriately for their contributions to business
success.
Outstanding individual performance is recognised through incentives.
Uncapped escalating commission structures
Our people are able to determine their own earning levels through Nimble’s
uncapped commission structure.
Extra effort and determination are recognised and keenly rewarded.
Tailored incentives
Various incentives are provided to reward particular achievements during
the year.
These incentives are key to maintaining the required energy and motivation
levels in very demanding roles.
Medical benefits
To ensure the wellbeing of our staff, we provide access to a full suite of
medical services which include: unlimited GP visits at a Network doctor,
unlimited acute medication, unlimited pathology and radiology, basic and
emergency dentistry, basic optometry, maternity benefit, flu vaccination, a
health assessment annually and psycho-social counselling.
Group life and disability insurance and Funeral cover
Death and disability cover is provided to all Nimble staff to create some
financial stability when there are tragedies that could seriously affect the
lives of our employees’ families.
Prosperity Plan
South Africans suffer from very low savings rates.
Nimble encourages our people to make financial provisions for their future
through a savings plan.
For every R100 contributed by staff members, Nimble contributes R33 to the
staff member’s savings fund.
Nimble Peak Child Pre School subsidy
Nimble is passionate about early childhood development (ECD).
Nimble Peak Child is a Pre-school established to provide Nimble staff with
high quality ECD for their children.
Nimble subsidises the monthly tuition fee to ensure that these children get
the best possible start to their lives.
