             BURSARIES



             Where internally provided training does not fully
             meet  our  peoples’  needs  or  desires,  we
             encourage  employees  to  further  their  education
             through external institutions.

             Bursaries  and  study  leave  support  are  provided
             to  qualifying  staff  members.  This  culture  of
             knowledge accumulation and self development is
             supported and facilitated by financial assistance
             programmes.



             DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION

             Nimble places a high value on growing people to
             their full potential.

             Hard-workers  with  the  desire  to  grow  are
             identified  for  development.  Call  Centre  Agents
             with leadership potential are developed into Team
             Managers and Operations Managers.

             These positions represent significant career path
             enhancements  for  the  people  involved.  Our
             preference is to fill new vacancies from our own
             intenal talent pool.
