Abstract

Change Movement into Sound have the purposes of this study were : 1) to creating invention
for the hearing impaired to communicate with the general public 2) reducing social inequality towards
hearing impaired. The invention is a glove for the hearing impaired wear. Installing the Gyro Sensor on
a finger to get input movement on the axis (X, Y, Z). The data will to be processed at the board Arduino
UNO on the gloves on both sides that the speaker is installed to output. If the hearing impaired
movement finger language, the invention will be processed and output through the speaker as a means
of finger language. The findings indicated that innovation can translate finger language and speech
audio output by information from database, according to the information contained in the database.
