                                                   this	guide	and	I	knew	that	if	they	were	looking	for	house	prices
                                                   that	that's	probably	a	precursor	to	them	then	buying	a	house.


               Dean	Jackson:	        00:03:41	     I	set	up	this	whole	system	around	it,	ran	full	page	ads,	had
                                                   people	respond	by	filling	out	a	little	coupon	that	you	could	fill
                                                   out	in	the	ad	and	either	faxing	it	to	me	or	mailing	it	in	and	the
                                                   first	time	that	I	did	that,	I	remember	getting	so	many	responses
                                                   that	I	knew	that	I	would	never	make	another	cold	call	again.	I
                                                   knew	I	was	free	because	I	had	figured	out	how	to	get	people	to
                                                   call	me.	I	ran	that	system	for	me,	optimized	it,	then	I	created	a
                                                   guide	called	"40	Great	Places	to	Live	Within	an	Hour	of	the	City"
                                                   it	was	called	"Toronto	and	Beyond."	I	licensed	that	system	to	40
                                                   real	estate	agents	around	the	area	and	I	created	a	really	great,
                                                   kind	of,	mastermind	group	and	a	referral	group.	I	was	running
                                                   ads	for	the	Toronto	and	Beyond	guide	and	I	was	referring	out
                                                   leads	to	the	realtors	in	those	40	areas.	Then	from	there,
                                                   partnered	up	with	Joe	Stump	in	California,	we	built	one	of	the
                                                   largest	real	estate	coaching	companies	in	North	America.	We
                                                   did	that	for	15	years	and	Joe	is	still	running	by	referral	only	right
                                                   now	but	in	that	process,	I	got	to	learn,	now,	how	to	market	a
                                                   business	that	helps	other	businesses	market	their	business.


               Dean	Jackson:	        00:05:06	     All	of	these	lessons	that	I've	had	have	been	this	cumulative
                                                   thing	and	then	Joe	Polish,	at	the	same	time	as	I	was	doing	all
                                                   this	stuff	for	the	real	estate	agent,	Joe	was	doing	the	same	thing
                                                   for	carpet	cleaners.	We've	been	friends	for	25	years	now	but	we
                                                   got	together	one	day	after	having	a	conversation	that	we	would
                                                   have	all	the	time.	We	spoke	for	almost	two	hours	and	we
                                                   thought,	"You	know	what,	this	would	be	really	great	if	we
                                                   recorded	this	conversation"	and	that's	how	the	"I	Love
                                                   Marketing"	PodCast	was	born.	Since	then,	we've	done	over	300
                                                   episodes,	we	have	this	global	audience.	I	get	to	travel	all	over
                                                   the	world	and	work	with	people	on	growing	their	business	by
                                                   applying	the	underlying	systems	that	I've	developed	for	any
                                                   business	and	we	call	those	our	Eight	Profit	Activators.

                                                   today	and	all	of	these	things	that	I'm	going	to	share	with	you
                                                   here,	the	key	word	in	this	is	that	these	are	proven	conversion
                                                   multipliers.	These	are	things	that	I've	actually	experimented	and
                                                   gotten	documented	results	from.	The	good	thing	about	this,	I'm
                                                   sharing	these	with	you	because	now,	the	great	lesson	for	you	in
                                                   this	is	that	if	you've	got	proven	multipliers,	if	you've	got
                                                   something	that	you	know	works	and	you've	got	experiential
                                                   data	to	prove	it	for	yourself,	a	man	with	inexperience	is	never	at
